2019-2020 Cancelled Games Policy
The Birmingham Bulls recognize the SPHL and its Board of Governors’ decision to cancel the remainder of the 2019-2020 season, including playoffs. This decision was made to help control the spreading of the Coronavirus. We are taking the health and safety of our fans, players, and staff seriously.
We understand and fully respect that this will be a financial setback for many during this time. This will also be a financial burden for the Bulls and the SPHL. No team or business can be prepared for a total stoppage or cancellation such as this.
The Bulls are fully committed to take care of all our fans for the games missed for which they paid to attend. We have categorized each section of ticket buyers to most easily answer your questions regarding tickets and refunds.
Policy valid for unplayed games only

2019-20 Season Ticket Holders
2019-20 Season Ticket Holders will be contacted directly by their account managers. Season Tickets holders with receive at 7 game Buddy Pass for every season ticket that is renewed for the 2020-21 Season.
2019-20 Group Tickets
If your group had purchased tickets to attend one of our final five home games (March 13,14,17, 20 or 21), the assigned group leader will be contacted by their Bulls Ticket Representative this week with regards to options. For any members of the group, please refer to the group leader for further questions.
2019-20 Individual Game Tickets Purchased Through Ticket Return
If you had purchased tickets to attend one of our final five home games (March 13, 14, 17, 20 or 21) through Ticket Return, a full refund will be applied to the credit card used for the original transaction.
2019-20 Individual Game Tickets Purchased Through the
Bulls Front Office
If you had purchased tickets to attend one of our final five home games (March 13, 14, 17, 20 or 21) with a credit or debit card, the amount of purchase will be refunded the back to card used for the original transaction.
