Three Returning Players, One New Addition

The team continues to build its roster for the upcoming SPHL season with the return of Matt Wiesner, Jordan Gagnon, and Logan Dapprich, along with the addition of Ashton Paul.

Matt Wiesner | Wiesner returns for another season, bringing valuable SPHL experience and offensive ability to the forward group. The Newport Beach, California native recorded 20 points (6G, 14A) in 55 games during the 2025-26 season.

Jordan Gagnon | Gagnon returns to the organization to help anchor the blue line. The 6-foot-1 defenseman from Leduc, Alberta brings size, experience, and a physical presence to the defensive corps. Last season, Gagnon recorded 13 points (4G, 9A) in 57 games.

Logan Dapprich | Dapprich is back for another season after making his SPHL debut last year. The 6-foot-2 defenseman from Amherst, Massachusetts recorded one goal and one assist in five regular-season games and added two playoff appearances. With another year of professional experience, Dapprich will look to continue developing his game on the blue line.

Ashton Paul | Paul joins the team as the newest addition to the group. Brining SPHL experience and plenty of upside to the lineup. Last season, Paul recorded 16 points (9G, 7A) in 43 SPHL games while splitting time between Huntsville, Quad City, and Roanoke. He also brings championship experience after helping the Melfort Mustangs capture the 2024-25 SJHL championship.

With three familiar faces returning and some new talent joining the lineup, the team continues to take shape for the upcoming season.
