The Partner to provide the Bulls with the Partner's Logo/Mark in AI, EPS, PNG,  or JPG ( vector file preferred).
The Partner to provide the Bulls with an 8.5in x 11in JPG format Digital Game Day Program advertisement. 

The Partner to provide the Bulls with a URL to link to the Bulls' website and Digital Gameday Program advertisement.

LIABILITY
The Parties’ maximum aggregate liability to each other under this Agreement shall be limited in contract, by way of indemnity, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, however arising, to an amount equal to the Sponsorship Fee under this Agreement.
The Birmingham Bulls shall under no circumstances be liable for any:-
A) loss of income; loss of profit; loss of customers; loss of opportunity or damage to the Partner's reputation; and/or 
B) indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, whatsoever and howsoever such loss, damage or delay was caused, whether from contract, breach of statutory duty, by indemnity, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

All Partnership fees are non-refundable. 

Agreements and Obligations expire at the conclusion of the 2025-26 season or postseason. 

Access to Partner landing pages and discounted ticket links is intended for internal use only for the Partner. Displaying or social media sharing of Partner landing pages and discounted ticket links may result in access to said landing pages and discount links being revoked by the Birmingham Bulls.

Bulls Business Advantage is limited to established and registered businesses only. Submissions for personal promotions will not be accepted.
